We at EdenTropics.com have the utmost respect for our customers’ privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers.

Any information that we gather from our visitors will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our users will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

From time to time, we are asked to provide user references or testimonies.  EdenTropics may rarely use some portions of user communications with our staff, this will only be applicable for this specific purpose and without disclosing user full name nor email contact.  Only actual first name maybe used with portions of communication text, and possibly reference of City name or region.
