Mulberry Kiwi Smoothie

Fresh Mulberry and Kiwi Smoothie:

Mulberry and Kiwi, both are beautiful gift of nature for human taste. The tangy sweet flavors of mulberry and kiwi make a nice and unique combination. The goodness of berry and the tartness of kiwi combines together to provide a smooth savory flavor which bursts in the deep of the tongue, which provides a heavenly mixture of tastes.  This drink is very refreshing and provides fruit energy for any enthusiasts craving for natural freshness. It is also served chilled during the summer for fresh healthy chilled drink, as an alternative for sugary chilled drinks. 

To make this smoothie, following ingredients are required:

  • 2 cups fresh mulberries
  • 2 cups fresh kiwis
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 5-6 ice cubes (If preferred chilled)

Instructions:

1. Clean and wash the mulberries.

2. Peel the kiwi and chop into big chunks.

3. Take a blender jar and blend the mulberries (with 3-4 ice cubes, if preferred chilled)

4. Add 1/2 cup of sugar, mix well and keep it aside in a jug.

5. Now blend the kiwi chunks with little water and 3-4 ice cubes, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp of black salt.

6. Mix well and pour it into the jar.

How to proceed-

1. Take 2 tall glasses and fill half of the glass with the mulberry juice. Now pour the next half in the kiwi juice.

2. Swirl a little bit so that both the juices are mixed.

3. Top it up with the remaining juices.

4. Put some ice cubes in it and enjoy the chilled juice (if preferred chilled).
