To make Spinach Fruit Smoothie, following ingredients are required:

  • 1 cup fruit juice (recommended Apple juice and Orange, but can be tried with any!)
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt 
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries blueberries, pineapple, or mango 

Instruction:

  1. Place ingredients into blender in order listed above
  2. Blend until smooth and serve!
